As the Olympic Games are approaching, NBC wanted to make its sponsorship messages more effective. They wanted to help their main sponsors learn best practices for visual storytelling in their media. To achieve this, NBC teamed up with Insight By Design for a thorough media evaluation.

Our Solution: A Custom Media Evaluation

We created and carried out a tailored sponsorship media evaluation to guide and improve Olympic sponsors' communications. This evaluation looked at how logos and visual elements work together in Olympic storytelling. It helped find the best mix of elements to support the LA28 Olympic story and build excitement for the upcoming games.

Our Impact: A Playbook for the Best Visual Combinations to Support the LA28 Story

Our research revealed important insights on how corporate branded assets can effectively show support for Los Angeles and boost interest in long-term Olympic sponsors. We used these findings to create sales materials before the Olympics, helping guide the design and activation of sponsor logos. This effort led to successful logo placements within the media for the Paris Olympics, setting the stage for the LA28 Games.
