Chris founded Insight By Design in 2011 after spending 10+ years directing global insights engagements for leading brands at top agencies including Hall & Partners and TNS. He also helped to build a global insight lab to promote new artists at Sony Music Entertainment. He is respected in the industry as an expert in insight-driven innovation and in helping organizations socialize insights to truly integrate the voice of the consumer in their business.
Chris earned a Master's degree in Applied Communication Research from Boston University and has worked closely with the University's Communication Research Center.

Vickie is a seasoned insights and brand strategist, coming to Insight By Design after roles at DB5 and Lieberman Research Worldwide (LRW). She is skilled at both quantitative and qualitative research methods and oversees our fieldwork and project execution group. Vickie has managed highly successful insights engagements for leading brands across a range of industries including Coca Cola, Intel, YouTube, Time Warner Cable, Baxter, and many more.

Tara comes to Insight By Design after 15 years as a highly successful TV executive – overseeing production of more than 600 hours of documentary programming and winning an Emmy award in the process. Tara is the perfect person to lead the development of our Video Production offer as we fuse leading edge technology with stellar consumer insights.
